Aviation Business Development:
A.I.M.S. offers this service through its vast network of experts and resources in the aviation industry. The following are the main areas where A.I.M.S. has provided its services:- New Business Development feasibility studies and implementation including business plans for new ventures and projects.
- Carry out in depth feasibility study to include costs and time line of implementation of business plan.
- Work closely with IATA in the event that the new business plan involves an airline or charter operation.
- Negotiate with subcontractors if the business requires any construction.
- Examples of the feasibility studies that A.I.M.S. has participated are an Aircraft Completion Centre, a new Air Cargo Company, an Air Ambulance, and a new Regional Airline.
Aircraft Interior Design:
A.I.M.S. will work with the customer in choosing an interior designer to define the interior and its details. We work very closely with the interior design firm to ensure that all the aircraft requirements are met, and that the design meets the Regulatory Authority requirements. Additional services that we provide in this area are:- Work with the Customer and Aircraft Completion Centre to select the interior materials.
- Provide CAD drawings of all seating and cabinetry in order to depict material locations finish and design details.
- Design the carpet to coordinate with the selected materials. A custom sample will be produced for the Customer’s approval.
- Provide guide to all of the Customer-selected materials, vendor information and locations for application.
- Exterior paint layout: Provide up to (3) paint scheme illustrations.
Aircraft Acquisition and Sales:
When requested by our customers, we also offer the service for the Aircraft and Acquisitions and Sales. We will conduct an aircraft evaluation for new or used aircraft, assist in aircraft location and purchase, provide a pre-buy inspection, help the customer in the aircraft acceptance and registration, and research to obtain aircraft financing with favourable rates.- Evaluate aircraft type requirements
- Conduct pre-buy inspection
- Ensure that the transactions are conducted to the customer’s requirements.
- Assist the customer with the registry of the aircraft.
