Aircraft Asset Management
A.I.M.S. through its Advanced Experience in Aviation has proven results, through our repeat customers with quick response by being success oriented.
A.I.M.S. developed a unique process that is summarized in the following phases:
Completion Project Management:
Once the requirements are defined and finalized by the customer we then start the process of helping the customer by overseeing the completion process on behalf of the customer. The following are the items that we address during this phase:Program and Progress Reviews:
The A.I.M.S. representative will attend progress review meetings with the Aircraft Manufacturer or Completion Center and assist the customer to ensure that the customer’s needs are met. Also, he will verify costs and schedule issues of any change orders initiated by the Completion CentreContinuous Aircraft Inspection:
The philosophy of A.I.M.S. has been to develop a win-win situation between the Aircraft Owner and the Completion Centre, working closely with them to ensure that all inspections are done at all the stages of the manufacturing and installation process. The following are examples of our approach:- On-site inspection of manufactured goods (cabinets, galley, bulkheads, etc.), verify that built item conform to industry standards.
- Inspect areas on aircraft that would be closed during construction (i.e. under floors, behind cabinets etc.), witness ground functional tests prior to delivery of the aircraft. Monitoring of service bulletins and maintenance issues.
- Partake in all customer flight tests during the final delivery of the aircraft
(e.g. Cold Soak Flight).
